You can call them controversial, you can call them calculated, but two House of Villains <\/a><\/em>stars are making waves with their antics, including a lip-locking session for one of them with a certain celeb icon.<\/p>\n

Tyson Apostol and Tom Sandoval <\/a>are breaking down what it really means to be \u201ccentral to the plot,\u201d detailing their Ty Sandoval bromance, and dishing on Tiffany \u201cNew York\u201d Pollard\u2019s<\/a> reality TV reign.<\/p>\n

If being a villain means being central to the storyline, then Tyson Apostol is more than happy to accept the title.<\/p>\n

When presented by BOSSIP<\/em> with the Webster definition of a villain as \u201ca character whose evil actions or motives are important to the plot,\u201d the Survivor <\/em>star was pleased.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf I\u2019m important to the plot, then hell yeah,\u201d he said. \u201cAbsolutely.\u201d<\/p>\n

On Peacock\u2019s competition series, where notorious reality personalities battle it out for $200,000, the word villain carries a certain weight. For Tyson, however, the conditions are far more forgiving than his past reality TV proving ground on Survivor,<\/em> where he won Survivor: Blood vs. Water <\/em>(Season 27).<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cOn Survivor<\/em>, because the conditions are so rough, you naturally get people\u2019s true colors eventually,\u201d he explained. \u201cIt\u2019s too hard to hide who you are.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

By contrast, however, the relative comfort of House of Villains<\/em> allows for more masks.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cOn House of Villains<\/em>, it\u2019s easier for people to hide who they truly are because it is comfortable,\u201d he said. \u201cThe only way to really get people to show who they are is through adversity or personal exchanges.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, <\/p>\n

\u201cWatching people be confrontational with each other is the best way to get a read on who they really are,\u201d he said. \u201cOn Survivor, <\/em>I know I\u2019m eventually going to see who everyone is. On House of Villains,<\/em> you never know.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite their fellow reality stars concealing their true intentions, Tom and Tyson told BOSSIP<\/em> that their \u201cTy Sandoval\u201d bromance kept them afloat. Tom praised their partnership, calling it a strong strategic duo and Tyson agreed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

And when asked who might complete their trio, both men answered in unison: Tiffany Pollard<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cNew York,\u201d they said simultaneously.<\/p>\n

New York\u2019s presence in the house was, in Tyson\u2019s words, iconic, even that highly talked about moment when they shockingly locked lips, which he downplayed as \u201cAI\u201d to BOSSIP<\/em>.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll have to wait and see how the makeout session happened, but it\u2019s already picking up steam online. <\/p>\n

He added that her reliability as a reality TV catalyst explains why she continues to return season after season. <\/p>\n

\n

\u201cIf you need good TV made and the group isn\u2019t doing it, she will make sure it gets done,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

For Tom, whose villain status peaked amid the \u201cScandoval\u201d<\/a> of it all, House of Villains<\/em> offered something of a reset. Rather than entering guns blazing, he opted to set his own tone.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cWhat I love about House of Villains <\/em>is that you can create your own environment,\u201d he said. \u201cIf you come in sassy and aggressive, that\u2019s the environment you\u2019re going to create. I wanted to have fun, laugh a lot, work hard on the challenges, make strong bonds, make cocktails, and add to the vibe in the house.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The prize may be $200,000, but Tyson was quick to point out the math.<\/p>\n

\u201c$200,000 after taxes is only $120,000,\u201d he joked. \u201cIf you\u2019re not having fun, you\u2019re doing it wrong.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

As for whether the Ty Sandoval bromance will extend beyond the Peacock mansion, both hinted that the partnership may have a second act. Tyson joked about watch parties and possible appearances at Sandoval\u2019s shows, while Tom floated the idea of a future spinoff.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur own spinoff, Peacock 2027,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
