Chiapas authorities arrested a Sinaloa Cartel kidnapping cell, freeing five captives, in\u00a0Acacoyagua, Chiapas on Thursday. Two men were arrested with firearms, tactical gear, and most notably, two posters outlining rules and standards for members of the kidnapping ring.<\/div>\n

The two men were arrested on 26 March by state and federal security forces at a safe house in the colonia 8 de Septiembre of the rural town of Acacoyagua, Chiapas. Five kidnapping victims were released, and two men, Enoch \u201cN\u201d and Josu\u00e9 \u201cN”, who stated they belonged to a Sinaloa Cartel cell were arrested.<\/p>\n

The seizure of two sets of guidelines for guards of the safehouse offers a rare inside look at the operational procedures of organized crime groups.<\/p>\n

Do not scratch the privates nor whistle<\/div>\n
Do not make balls or groups<\/div>\n
Do not make noise and much less chat with the radio<\/div>\n
It is prohibited to smoke in the cars<\/div>\n
It is prohibited to smoke in the bathroom<\/div>\n
It is prohibited to drink alcohol as well as to smoke during service<\/div>\n
It is strictly prohibited to distract the guards while they are on duty<\/p>\n
