Tia Mowry revealed she used visualization techniques to manifest a new love.<\/p>\n

\u200bSpeaking with\u00a0PEOPLE<\/a>, Mowry shared how she first had to discover peace after her divorce from Cory Hardrict.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will say that I\u2019ve been in a place of solitude for a very long time,\u201dMowry said. \u201cAnd there, I was really able to learn who I am, what it was that I wanted, and what it was that I needed. And I manifested this. I really did.\u201d<\/p>\n

Once she felt ready ot enter the dating scene, she intentionally began to trust the universe to bring her new love to pass.<\/p>\n

\u201cI like speaking it into existence, just being really positive about the words that you are telling yourself,\u201d Mowry explained. \u201cVisualization, I\u2019m a huge believer of visualizing things and visualizing feelings. And I just started to stop just talking bad and poorly about dating because it was very easy to do that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I was like, \u2018You know what? I believe in neuroscience and how the brain works,\u201d she continued. \u201c And if I continue to speak negative about it, that\u2019s what my brain is going to seek out and find.\u2019 But if I just start to speak positive things into existence, then it\u2019ll eventually happen,\u201d she continues. \u201cAnd I really, in a way too, I was okay with being by myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

While she couldn\u2019t be more excited about her new man, Mowry has decided to keep his identity private.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to protect [our privacy],\u201d Mowry said, noting she\u2019s \u201cvery happy.\u2019<\/p>\n

Mowry also spoke about the challenges of dating as a single mother. She shares Cree (born 2011) and daughter Cairo (born 2018) with Hardrict.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a mom,\u201d she says. \u201cNot that going out and dating and not being intentional is the wrong thing. But I have a lot of responsibilities, and taking care of my children, being the best mom and parent to them is my priority. So if this happens to happen, then it happens.
