In the wake of the frightening shooting incident at Rihanna\u2019s Beverly Hills home, the singer is ramping up security measures. On Tuesday (Mar.17), TMZ<\/a><\/em> cameras spotted the \u201cDiamonds\u201d singer and A$AP Rocky in NYC. A squad of six security guards was seen escorting the couple as they left a Manhattan building. Witnesses say the couple didn\u2019t waste any time, moving quickly to their vehicles. A source told PEOPLE<\/a> <\/em>that while she was left shaken after the \u201cterrifying incident,\u201d she\u2019s grateful that \u201ceveryone is safe.\u201d The source claims that Rihanna heard shots but initially was confused about what exactly happened. <\/p>\n

The female suspect, 35-year-old Florida native Ivana Lisette Ortiz, remains in custody. Ortiz has been charged with attempted murder<\/a>, with bail set at $10,000,000.<\/p>\n
