Diddy truly is the definition of \u201cCan\u2019t Stop, Won\u2019t Stop.\u201d The disgraced mogul is pushing back against his remaining prostitution charges in the hopes of having his charges dismissed. His legal team is arguing that the sentence he received for prostitution charges was far too harsh. On Friday (Mar. 13), according to court documents obtained by TMZ<\/a><\/em>, Diddy\u2019s lawyers filed an appeal noting that he was already found not guilty of sex trafficking and RICO charges. That said, he received a sentence that was, per his lawyers, \u201cfour times higher than normal,\u201d for his prostitution-related convictions. <\/p>\n

Diddy\u2019s lawyers call that 50-month sentence a \u201cperversion of justice.\u201d The attorneys also claim that the judge in Diddy\u2019s case, Judge Arun Subramanian, engaged in what is called \u201cacquitted conduct\u201d sentencing, which is \u201cthe practice of increasing punishment based on rejected allegations. \u201d The Bad Boy founder\u2019s team is asking the appeals court for Diddy\u2019s \u201cimmediate release and grant a judgment of acquittal or at least vacate and remand for resentencing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thanks to a female fan, hip-hop mogul 50 Cent <\/a>turned a routine Miami club booking into another viral jab at incarcerated executive Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs this week.The moment unfolded on March 3 inside a packed Miami nightclub. Purple lights washed over the crowd as 50 worked the room, tossing cash and pacing the stage. Then a woman near the front lifted her phone high above her head. Across the screen, in bold white letters, were four words: \u201cI HATE DIDDY TOO.\u201d<\/p>\n
