Christy O\u2019Connor, \u00a0his attorney, reportedly asked: \u201ca judge for a short delay so that she could file a motion to transfer his case into an unspecified diversion program.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The judge ordered the case back on April 6,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.rollingstone.com\/lil-nas-x-appears-in-court-plans-to-seek-diversion-in-lapd-battery-case-i-cant-wait-to-be-back\/\">\u00a0Rolling Stone<\/a>\u00a0reported. After the hearing, Lil Nas X (born Montero Lamar Hill) made a statement to reporters outside the courthouse.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll I wanted to say is to my fans, I really love and I miss you, and I appreciate your support so much. He was seen walking down Ventura Blvd naked in the San Fernando Valley when the police were called to the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Police officers approached the \u201cOld Town Road\u201d rapper, where he allegedly injured three of them. The following day, he\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wbls.com\/news\/lil-nas-x-speaks-out-following-arrest-says-incident-was-terrifying\/\">broke his silence on the incident<\/a>with a video message shared to his Instagram Stories.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYour girl is gonna be okay, boo. Okay? S\u2014\u2019s gonna be all right,\u201d he said in the video. \u201d That was a terrifying last four days.
