He helped launch Young Money into the stratosphere in the late 00s, making them one of hip-hop\u2019s most powerful labels. That said, before he was the \u201chitmaker we depend on,\u201d as he raps on his diss track toward Lamar, \u201cPush Ups,\u201d there was a time when the Toronto native was allegedly too \u201cdorky\u201d to even hang out on Lil Wayne\u2019s tour bus. <\/p>\n<p>Adam Bhala Lough, the director of Wayne\u2019s <em>The Carter <\/em>documentary, recently interviewed with music journalist Andre Gee, where he discussed the iconic film and its sequel, which was recently leaked online by hackers. During the discussion, he shared an interesting story about how Drake was perceived in his early years at Young Money.
