Assassins from the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel (CSRL) hand out an extreme form of punishment against an alleged thief in the city of Celaya.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>His condemnation involves a 16-inch machete for the removal of his arms at the elbow. Each forelimb comes off with little effort because of how sharp the blade is. Followed by a single gunshot to the head for his eternal silence.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Like I mentioned earlier, what takes place here is bad.
