A Wendy’s general manager in Memphis, Darrell Bowers, has been charged with first-degree murder after allegedly shooting a man in the parking lot. The incident reportedly started over an argument about an employee wanting to leave early. Footage shows Bowers approaching with a gun drawn, firing a single shot after the victim threw a punch, and then shockingly slapping the man as he lay dying. The victim later died at the hospital.
