Jeremih Out Of Bow Wow/B2K Tour Due To Serious Health Issues

R&B singer Jeremih will no longer join the upcoming “Boys 4 Life” tour after revealing a health issue that requires him to step away from the road.

The Chicago vocalist shared the update through social media, letting supporters know that medical concerns require immediate attention. The decision removes him from the highly anticipated nostalgia run celebrating early-2000s R&B and hip-hop.

Jeremih had been scheduled to perform alongside Bow Wow and R&B group B2K on the Boys 4 Life Tour. The tour promised a throwback moment for fans raised on the era’s chart-topping hits. However, the singer’s health forced him to step aside before rehearsals began.

Jeremih’s manager, Dilla, confirmed the development while emphasizing that the artist’s well-being remains the priority.

“Jeremih’s condition continues to be closely monitored by his doctor,” Dilla said. “Jeremih and his team are focused on his care and recovery and are deeply grateful for the understanding, patience, and continued support from fans, partners, and the touring team during this time.”

Jeremih Will Miss Bow Wow/B2K’s Boys 4 Life Tour Due To Health Condition

The statement did not reveal the nature of the illness. As a result, supporters have received few details about the condition or how long recovery may take.

Speculation surfaced earlier in the week. Bow Wow shared a promotional flyer for the tour that did not include Jeremih’s name. Fans quickly noticed the absence and began questioning whether the singer remained part of the lineup.

Around the same time, Bow Wow posted another message criticizing unnamed individuals for lacking dedication to the tour. The rapper did not identify anyone directly. Consequently, the comment’s connection to Jeremih remains uncertain.

Despite the setback, anticipation for the tour continues to build. Bow Wow and B2K recently promoted the run during a surprise appearance at the newsroom of TMZ, briefly interrupting a livestream and sending the clip across social media.

For now, Jeremih’s attention remains on recovery. Fans continue to show support while hoping the R&B star returns to the stage once his health improves.
