Another person in Zendaya’s camp has reacted to the news of her rumored secret wedding.
The Dune star’s mother, Claire Stoermer, has reacted to Zendaya’s longtime stylist and friend Law Roach’s claim that her daughter is already married to Tom Holland.
Stoermer reposted the now-viral clip of Roach talking to the press about the couple’s wedding on her Instagram Stories on Monday, March 2, per People. She wrote over the video, “The laugh…” and added her own laughing emoji.
In the clip, which was filmed on the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards on Sunday, March 1, Zendaya’s longtime stylist and confidant said, “The wedding has already happened…You missed it,” before walking away with a smug look on his face.
The reporter went on to mention reports that the 29-year-old actress had been spotted wearing a gold wedding band, to which Roach added, “The wedding is over, sorry!”
Despite being one of the world’s most talked-about celebrity couples, Tom Holland and Zendaya have done their best to keep their relationship as private as possible. With that in mind, it’s no surprise that the couple kept their vows under wraps, with Law previously teasing that Z’s wedding dress would be “a really beautiful dress that no one gets to see.”
“She and Tom are super private about their relationship. They’re trying to be as private as possible,” Roach teased in a May 2025 interview with Complex. There won’t be a Vogue spread or there won’t be pictures of the wedding and the people who she will invite will be really respectful of their privacy.”
Engagement speculation first started at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards on Jan. 5, when Zendaya was spotted wearing a diamond on the ring finger of her left hand. The following day, TMZ confirmed the news.
That same day, an inside source told People that Holland, also 29, had been “wanting to propose for a while now. He’s always been crazy about her. He always knew she was the one.”
In September, Holland finally broke his silence on their engagement when he kindly corrected a reporter during an event when the man referred to Zendaya as Holland’s girlfriend.
In the clip, the off-camera reporter can be heard saying, “I brought my daughter and she got to meet your girlfriend.”
Holland replied with a smirk, “Fiancée.”
Following this huge marriage bombshell, Holland was spotted out in West Hollywood for a shopping trip at Canyon Country Store, according to E! News.
The outing was with his brother, Harry Holland, for which Tom rocked a baby blue button down and navy blue slacks. He finished the look with a white Reebok sneaker, though his left foot was in an orthopedic boot.
The Spider-Man star was all smiles as he walked around the area, keeping his right hand in his pocket throughout the stroll.
