A Baltimore County PD officer responded to a welfare check call at 3:30 AM. The officer was heard yelling before Samuel Brown, 56, was punched twice. Brown suffered a broken jaw, nose, and brain damage, and later died from his injuries. Medics were called to the scene for a suspect with a head injury. |
