50 Cent has long made a habit of taking aim at his rivals online, and he did so again today, responding to fresh developments surrounding Diddy. According to reports, a court heard testimony from an escort service owner. The owner alleged that Diddy requested over 30 male escorts. Additionally, legal representatives indicated that state criminal charges could be forthcoming. Unsurprisingly, 50 Cent’s response on Instagram reflected a mix of amusement and bravado. “New charges
court doc’s say Diddy raped a male escort then threatened him saying I got 2 pac hit,” he wrote, adding, “What the f*ck you think I’ll do to you. Ya Man is a Mook Yo !”
The feud between the two music moguls is long-running. Last December, 50 Cent released a Netflix docuseries chronicling Diddy’s alleged missteps, Sean Combs: The Reckoning. The show has amassed over 50 million views. However, the series has also drawn legal scrutiny. Weeks after its debut, a former sex worker featured in the documentary filed suit. She claimed her interview had been manipulated in ways that misrepresented her experience.
Lawsuit Alleges Story Was Misrepresented
The lawsuit states, “Defendants deliberately edited, distorted, and misrepresented plaintiff’s account to portray Cassie Ventura—plaintiff’s primary trafficker—as a victim, while omitting and suppressing plaintiff’s testimony that he was sex trafficked by Ventura, thereby inflicting severe harm upon plaintiff’s reputation.”
It further alleges, “This calculated misrepresentation was done in furtherance of defendant Curtis Jackson’s personal and business vendetta against Sean Combs and to create a commercially profitable narrative that silenced a documented trafficking victim to protect a documented trafficker.”
